MAILING LISTS
GAMMA offers highly targeted mailing lists to ensure that your direct marketing project is both successful and cost effective. Through the use of our advanced spatial analysis, address geocoding and database segmentation processes, we isolate the right prospects for your mailing.
If you already have a client database, we firstly analyse, geocode and map it, to thoroughly understand the nature and spread of your market. Then we use proven prospecting techniques to provide you with a list of targets most likely to want your product.
The end result is a much more targeted and cost effective mailshot, where your broadcast is reaching only those neighbourhoods where there is a high chance of success.
If you are new to the market and don't have a client database, we can still identify those neighbourhoods where your typical customer resides and provide prospect lists for these areas. At a later stage, we can analyse the responses received and further refine your targeting methodology.
Data Tagging
Once your data has been cleaned and validated, it can be tagged with information that will increase its value to your organisation. We can tag on three main pieces of information to your records:
- DED codes for Demographic Analysis: The district electoral division code is the standard unit used in Census analysis. It is also used for many other administrative applications.
- Post-AIM codes for Reduced Mailing: This is a discount mail system offered by An Post. If you use Post Aim codes on non-solicited direct mail, significant postage reductions are offered up to 50% of the standard fee.
- GeoDirectory Building Ids for Database Integration: The GeoDirectory© is the revolutionary national building database created by An Post and the Ordnance Survey. By tagging your database with GeoDirectory building codes and/or national grid coordinates, you can easily compare records coded in the same manner, even if the addresses are structured and spelled in a totally different way.
